About this class
The Mixed Level Reformer Class requires spinal flexibility, good abdominal control, wrist and shoulder stability and strength, good coordination and the ability to follow direction to be able to handle the addition of intermediate Pilates Reformer exercises. You must have taken at 15-20 Level 1 classes within 8 weeks time to be tagged for a Mixed Level Reformer Class. This class is not for the newcomer to Pilates or for someone who does not regularly attend Reformer Classes.

How to prepare
Please register for their mandatory Free Intro Class first. Wear comfortable workout clothes and socks. It is important that your clothes do not get bound up in the reformer. For Mixed Level and Level 2 classes, prior intermediate reformer experience is required to register. Experienced? Please speak with the director. Call the studio with any questions! 212-569-7769 2-client minimum for regular level classes! Call the studio if you want to know if you are the only one signed up! Intro classes do not have a client minimum.
How to get there
They are located at 214th St and Broadway in the Inwood Center Room 608. It is easy to get there by the #1 Train to 215th St, or the A Train to the last stop 2017th St. The #1 stops right in front of the Inwood Center, just walk to Broadway and enter the lobby there. Taking the A? Be at the front of the train and take the Isham exit. Walk north on Broadway to the Inwood Center. You will have to buzz 608 from the lobby. The teacher will buzz you up! There is a cafeteria should you arrive early and need to kill time!
