Power Recess is a great class for those with a busy schedule who do not have time in the morning or evenings to get their "workout on" or for those looking to get that extra workout in. This class combines a mixture of high intensity circuits, weights, mobility exercises, flexibility and core work. This class can be used by everyone. Our trainers will focus and stress the importance of form and technique throughout the session.
