About this class

This class is for a maximum of 5 people. The sessions are 30 minutes in duration. The participants will utilize their specialized ARX equipment, as well as Power Plate, Total Gym and a selection of small weights and cardio resistance training. Their program will strive to deliver improved strength, cardiovascular fitness, revved up metabolism and better overall health.
