How to prepare

Please bring a sweat towel and water bottle. The studio has cubbies to stash your gear. The bikes can accommodate spd cleats (mountain bike pedals), or flat pedals for your tennis shoes. BYO Towel if you plan to shower afterward, they provide shampoo and soap.

How to get there

They have indoor bike parking, but please take precautions by also locking your bike indoors. Take MUNI (14, 14L, 33, 49) or BART. Get off at 16th and Mission. Walk down Mission St. to 17th, turn left. Car Parking -- Use metered street parking on 17th Street, Mission Street, or Capp Street

Awesome class! Great energy, good music for cycling to, and more focus on cadence and technique (instead of all the crazy hopping-around-on-a-bike like one would never do on an actual bicycle).

What is ClassPass?
