How to get there

Free street parking is available M-F before 8am & after 5pm; parking is free on the weekends. Space is also available in the adjacent Red Hat garage.

If you want a yoga class, do not attend. If you want a class to do your stretching for the week, take this class. The instructor is super informative about the body (I felt like I was taking an anatomy class lol), which is good for making sure you're careful with your body when rolling it out.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
