Enjoy this invigorating hot flow that focuses on stretch, strength, muscle stability, basic inversions and arm balances! The final 15 minutes of class you will be guided into your final savasana by utilizing balls and foam rollers to release tension and trigger points! Leave feeling refreshed and recovered!

Please make sure to bring your own mat and towel. If you do not have your own, you may always rent them at the studio for a small fee.

How to get there

Free street parking is available M-F before 8am & after 5pm; parking is free on the weekends. Space is also available in the adjacent Red Hat garage.

I love 110, but some of these classes really are NOT for beginners. I am pretty familiar with basic yoga flows, but this was hard to follow and she offered little guidance.

Both the flow and the foam roll parts were amazing! I wish there was a little more time for each because it was slightly rushed, but it can be tough to fit that in for the mornings. Overall it was amazing and exactly what my muscles needed.
