About this class

Our MetCon class is a high intensity, athletic focused, 45-min class which focuses on building strength, endurance and stamina. We typically use a 20-min AMRAP followed by a bonus finisher round which varies from workout to workout. The results? Burn fat and create a conditioning effect. To join our MetCon classes, you must have been exercising at least 4 times a week for the last 3 months, with no chronic injuries. Unsure if you can join the class? WhatsApp us at 9385 0338.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle - we have a water cooler so you can refill anytime! We provide towels and toiletries but do note we only have one shower and toilet so you might need to wait for a bit.

How to get there

Our Studio is located at Bussorah Street. Entrance is via the back alley (don’t go through the restaurants at the front!). You’ll see our mural painted 1-Habit and the address 51A Bussorah St. Push the glass doors and come up the stairs and you’ll see us there!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
