About this class

Functional fitness mirrors everyday actions like reaching, walking, carrying, lifting and bending so moving becomes that much easier. It’s all down to your body doing what it was meant to using seven moves - push, pull, bend, twist, move, lunge and squat. So next time you stretch to charge your phone, bend to carry your baby niece or nephew, you’re more flexible and pain-free. We use functional equipments like TRX, Bulgarian bags, BOSU ball and kettlebells. This class is for everyone who wants to learn how to move better and feel more flexible. What’s more, functional fitness is a great addition to any workout - make your body stronger, protect joints and prevent injury.

How to prepare

Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle - we have a water cooler so you can refill anytime! We provide towels and toiletries but do note we only have one shower and toilet so you might need to wait for a bit.

How to get there

Our Studio is located at Bussorah Street. Entrance is via the back alley (don’t go through the restaurants at the front!). You’ll see our mural painted 1-Habit and the address 51A Bussorah St. Push the glass doors and come up the stairs and you’ll see us there!

What is ClassPass?

With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
