Circuit Intervals - Ladies Only at 1-Habit
About this class
This is a ladies only class. Designed to help you continue burning fat up to 16 hours after the workout, this class is going to push you to your limits beyond your comfort zone. It has a fat loss focus, along with increasing your metabolism as we combine both high intensity interval training (HIIT) and high volume strength training. Suitable for all levels, but a desire to lose excess fat in your body is a must.

How to prepare
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle - we have a water cooler so you can refill anytime! We provide towels and toiletries but do note we only have one shower and toilet so you might need to wait for a bit.
How to get there
Our Studio is located at Bussorah Street. Entrance is via the back alley (don’t go through the restaurants at the front!). You’ll see our mural painted 1-Habit and the address 51A Bussorah St. Push the glass doors and come up the stairs and you’ll see us there!
