Meal prepping could have prevented this situation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to meal prep<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>The benefits of meal prepping stretch far beyond this scenario and can provide major benefits to your health, your relationships and even your wallet. Here are a few reasons why meal prepping is so important.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.
