“Even in this crazy positive fun-loving studio, I walk away most days feeling discouraged about my complete lack of ability to do half the class. My inner dialogue is usually filled with self-loathing comments….but not with Andrew! He is AWESOME! I actually smiled a lot and even laughed during my workout. I finally felt so powerful, encouraged, and most importantly proud of myself and what I had accomplished in class. The glass was finally half full after an hour with Andrew. I was so stoked to be there and walked out with a smile even though the workout “hurt so good!” (I even gathered up the courage and went out of my way to tell him all of this.)
