“Samantha has a reason for every workout she gives you. It’s a group training and she facilitates the session for various skill levels in the class. She’s encouraging and provides awesome feedback. It’s very challenging but the thought she gives to the workouts makes it so that I feel good after each circuit. There’s recovery but then back at it again. The music is also so good. She’s constantly changing things up and you can tell she enjoys her work.” –Jennifer

“Samantha’s classes are the best and this is because of her commitment, creativity, and constant encouragement. The workouts are challenging and push your body to its limits…but you consistently have fun and never feel like you’re in hell (well, maybe a little during the warm-up). No two classes are the same and the circuits and body weight exercises are very clearly planned out to ensure that you get a full, well-rounded workout and don’t get bored in the process. She also manages to give 1-on-1 encouragement and form correction even in the most crowded of classes. And, last, but not least, she keeps you pumped with an awesome playlist. “All of Juan’s classes are very structured with the right intensity of cardio and strength and a nice balance between fun and challenging workouts. His Friction class at BFX is one of the best core-focussed classes in the city. He is very welcoming and friendly and is attentive to people’s forms and is helpful in giving modifications whenever needed.
