How do I purchase a studio class package?

If you’re interested in buying a one-time or recurring studio class package, you can find all of your options here.

You can buy as many studio class packages as you’d like – you’ll just need to complete the form once per studio. Once you decide on a studio class package to purchase, complete the form and submit. Your card on file will be charged and the classes in your package will be added to your account within 24 hrs, if a one-time studio class package, or on your next cycle renewal date, if a recurring studio class package.

Can I use my studio class package at any of a studio’s locations?

When you purchase a package, it will specify which studio locations accept that studio class package. The applicable locations are also noted in your purchase confirmation email.

Before making your purchase, you can look at the studio class package options and pricing per studio.

How soon after purchasing can I use the studio class package?

If you buy a one-time studio class package, you can access those classes within 24 hours of purchase. If you buy a recurring studio class package, it will be added to your account when your standard ClassPass membership renews, and you will need to wait until your cycle renews and your studio class package is added to your account to book classes using that studio class package.  

What is the expiration date on studio class packages?

For one-time studio class package purchases, expiration dates vary by studio. When you go to purchase, you’ll see the policies on expiration for each studio offering a studio class package. You can also review below.  All classes need to be booked and taken prior to the expiration date for each studio class package. For instance, if your expiration date is September 30, you must take all classes on or before September 30.

Recurring studio class packages expire at the end of each cycle.

What happens if I cancel a class late or miss a class from my studio class package? 

If you cancel a class within 12 hours of class time or miss class, there are no cancellation fees, but you will forfeit that class.

If I purchase a recurring studio class package, will unused classes roll over to my next cycle?

Unused classes from the previous cycle will not roll over, but the next cycle’s classes will be automatically added to your account when your cycle renews.

What happens to my Studio Class Pack classes if I cancel my ClassPass membership?

If you cancel your membership, you’ll still be able to use your studio class package until the earliest of the following: (1) that studio class package expires, (2) you use all the classes in the studio class package or (3) for recurring studio class packages, until the current cycle ends. Reach out to our team here and we’ll make sure to keep your ClassPass account open, without a monthly membership plan. You can book any remaining classes in your studio class package directly through your ClassPass account. 

How can I cancel my recurring studio class package?

Are purchases refundable?

Studio class package purchases are non-refundable. 

How can I tell how many classes I have left in my studio class package?

Because this is a new feature, we don’t have a way to show in your account how many classes you have left in your studio class package (but we’re working on it!). In the meantime, you can keep track by looking at your ‘Past’ classes that were ‘0 credits.’ Stay tuned for more enhancements to come, and if you have questions about expiration dates or classes left, reach out to our CX team here.

Can I use my ClassPass credits to book a class instead of my studio class package?

If you purchased a studio class package, you’ll need to use all of the classes in your package before you can use your credits to book at that studio. If you notice that all classes at a studio, regardless of the time, number of visits, etc. are ‘0’ credits, that means you’re using your studio class package to make your reservation at that studio.

If I’m booking a class with my studio class package, is there an easy way for me to see how many credits that class is?

If you purchased a studio class package, all classes at that studio will show up as “0 credits” until you’ve used all classes in your studio class package. When you book, we’ll automatically use one of the classes in your package.
