Ashley Hiben, Basecamp Fitness – San Francisco

“Ashley has great energy and motivates each student to work to their max potential. She is able to provide technique improvement suggestions, a strenuous core workout, a good spirit and a bit of humor.” —Ryan

“Ashley is such a fierce, positive, energetic instructor. She is motivational. She knows her trade and teaches with ease. I love taking her classes. After class, I always feel accomplished. Ashley is welcoming to each student and makes an effort to learn your name and give you advice during the class. Ashley is great!!!” —Rachel

“She is by far the best instructor I have ever had! Not only does she make sure my moves are on point, but she also goes out of her way to contact me to check in to see how I am doing and if there is anything I ever need with my health, diet, and all around motivation. She is truly a godsend and I feel privileged to know her!!! She is more than just an instructor, she truly cares deeply for everyone who comes into her life.” —Cherie

“Ashley has an amazing amount of energy that she brings the class. She’s always focused on perfecting form and encouraging and celebrating each participant. Ashley is truly invested in those who come for group fitness classes and goes above and beyond to create a welcoming culture and is committing to getting to know how she can best assist everyone that takes her class.” —Mercedes

Miguel Vargas, TRX Training Center

“I have been to Miguel’s classes many times over a good few years. He is one of the most welcoming, approachable instructors I have had the pleasure of meeting. His classes are always through the roof with energy. He motivates and pushes everyone to give their best. This guy gets results. The real deal. Proud to know him. Thanks, big man.” —James

“Expert on his field. Keep classes challenging and fun. Engaging with participants helps with progression or regression when it’s needed.  All around awesomeness, love all of his classes.” —Tunde

“I’ve lived in different cities throughout the US and have worked out with numerous instructors. Without a doubt, Miguel is among the best. His classes are fun, creative, and challenging. As an instructor, he is engaging, encouraging, and motivational. He is able to make you push yourself just a little more each and every time. He also makes it a personal experience. Being in group classes you often feel like just another body. Miguel does an amazing job at acknowledging individuals through this class whether you are new, have been there for years, when he sees that extra effort being put in or if you’re lost. He is able to read his class and adjust the workout in real time.   He is one of the best. And this is why his classes are consistently full (So annoying)” —Andrea

“The way he conducts his class is the best I’ve seen. He doesn’t yell or scream during class, but everyone wants to give it their all during class. He starts with his four rules:

  1. If it hurts don’t do it
  2. Take rest when you need to
  3. If it feels good, get after it
  4. Most importantly, have fun” —Dinesh
