The idea of working out with your significant other (S.O.) can sometimes feel like a daunting task. Not only are you totally breaking typical date-night protocol (sweaty, no makeup, wearing leggings), but you also have to convince your S.O. that a “partner workout” is a good idea, when, in fact, it’s a great idea! Research shows that working out with your S.O. can do wonders for your relationship and bring you closer together.

Working out is often viewed as a chore or an obligation (even though it’s really a privilege we end up enjoying).
