3. Soul Pilates

4. Express Classes at Sweaty Betty

Express Classes are 45-minute Pilates, Yoga and HiiT classes in a sunny, private studio at the rear of the Sweaty Betty store. Classes are small so that the teaching can be tailored to individual ability and corrections made accurately. They believe this is how classes should be, so whether you want to complement your cardio sessions or take some time in your day to future proof your body they will have something for you.

5. Yogafurie

Their bright, beautiful and welcoming studio hosts seven different styles of hot yoga. If you’re looking to relax, stretch and feel good try Hot Yin Tonic, Freedom Flow and Dreamtime to put a blissful smile on your face. If you enjoy dynamic Vinyasa Yoga that’s slightly more challenging but still accessible for beginners, go for a Classic Furie and Glow Flow to work up a sweat, breathe well and limber up the body.
