Jennifer Garner Has a Game-Changing Tip For Never Skipping Class

Aside from being one of our favorites on the big screen, Jennifer Garner seems to be one of the most down to earth celebs. From being a full-time mom to her grueling filming schedule, you might think that squeezing in a workout is next to impossible, but she recently shared how she makes this happen every single day. 

And her tips is game-changing for us all.

In a recent interview with Women’s Health Mag, Garner shared that her days start at 5:15am and a workout is always the first thing that she does. How does she make that happen? “The first thing I do is work out before I talk myself out of it. I have my clothes laid out already (something I do the night before) and the coffee maker set so I can’t make excuses—whether I’m exhausted or not, ” she shared.

Love her no excuses attitude!

Attending class on the reg is a huge motivator for her. “I love doing Body by Simone (and no, I don’t work for her, it’s just what I do). It’s a cardio workout, so you’re on the trampoline or you’re dancing – music is a big part of it. If she’s not around to train me, I use her app to follow the workouts. They just make me happy! Even if I can only do it for 20 minutes, I make sure I’m sweating by the end, and that’s a victory. I don’t judge myself.”
