“I was absolutely petrified to try group workout classes, indoor cycling in particular. Lauren made my first class so comfortable, but also challenging. I actually dislike instructors who give new participants too much attention so Lauren was just right. She helped fit my bike, secure my feet in the straps, and answered my questions. She also has the absolute best music taste, and you can tell she puts a lot of effort into the playlists and workouts to go along with them. Since starting spinning in October, I’ve looked forward to workouts with Lauren tremendously.
