“Lindsey is a phenomenal instructor — she has taught me the value of how taking it ‘easy’ can actually be so much more rewarding in the long term (not saying her classes are easy – I consistently feel sore after taking any of her classes). As someone who can be such an ‘all or nothing’ person, I truly admire her perspective and it inspires me to want to adopt that mindset more in my life. I was recently in a car accident and the injuries from that have prevented me from doing the high impact exercises I usually do — Lindsey has no idea how much her classes have helped me get out of the funk I’ve been in since I have been getting out of shape — both physically and mentally.
