This At-Home Spin Bike Will Fuel Your Netflix Addiction

You know how you feel at the end of your latest Netflix binge sesh: like you should have gotten up off the couch and done something other than sit for hours. We’ve all been there. Well, now there’s something you can do about it, right in the comfort of your living room.

Introducing  Cycflix, Ronan Byrne’s stationary bike hack that pretty much makes it so you need to be getting your spin on if yo want to continue that next episode of House of Cards. Genius.

Here’s how it works: your workout details get pre-entered and through a number of pulleys, levers, and other mechanical tinkering you choose what you want to watch. If you start to slow down during your ride or drop below your goals, the TV will warn you before eventually pausing the program while you get back on pace. Pretty awesome if you ask us.

But it also comes with some bad news. As cool as this idea is, the bike isn’t actually for sale, but you can follow his tutorial and duplicate it for yourself.
