Hey ClassPassers: Here’s What You Tweet About the Most

If you go to class and don’t tweet about it, did it really happen? Of course – but ClassPassers are not only active at studios, but on Twitter, too. After all, you have total bragging rights when you make it through a tough exercise or you finally succeed in getting your three pals to the same workout at the same time.

We chatted with Twitter to see what that ClassPass buzz and current fitness and health trends were about and here’s what we learned:

75,000 tweets

So far in 2017, ClassPass has been tweeted about more than 75,00 times. Woah – thank you! And hey, let us know when you’re celebrating your 100th class or a big milestone and we’ll definitely be in touch.

New Yorkers tweet a lot about TITLE Boxing, Pure Yoga and these studios.

With some many to pick from, we know it’s impossible to pick your favorite studio in the Big Apple. But for the ones you take to Twitter about the most? Twitter reports the most chatted about studios include: Pure Yoga, Brick, TITLE Boxing, Row House and Exceed. 

All around the world, these studios get tagged.

Since ClassPass is available in 39 cities internationally – from Sydney and London to San Francisco and Miami – the studio love doesn’t stop in New York. According to Twitter, globally, the most chit-chatted about studios include: Flywheel, 1Rebel, Barry’s Bootcamp, Barre3, Crunch Gym, Pure Barre, FlyBarre, The Handle Bar, SWERVE Fitness and PLATEFIT. 

These are the health food trends you need to know.

Post-class snack recommendations? Twitter says the trendiest healthy foods currently are avocado, hemp, acai, activated charcoal and coconut water.

Running, yoga and these types of fitness workouts are tweeted about the most.

Ever scroll through Twitter just to stay in touch with current events? If you happen to take a look, you might notice the top fitness types, which according to Twitter, are running/marathons, yoga, indoor cycling, meditation and cardio. And what you wear when you workout? Twitter says tweeters prefer to tweet about Nike, Puma, Fabletics, Reedbok and Adidas.

No tweet is complete without some art! Twitter says sweat drops, bicycles, muscle arm, runner and trophy are the top picks.
