Being in the spotlight definitely has it’s perks, but maintaining a good physique and healthy lifestyle is very important to many stars. Jenna Dewan and Channing Tatum are undoubtedly one of Hollywood’s most fit duos, but how do they keep their toned physique? Besides giving each other seductive dances on lip sync battles, these two love to do everything from going on their morning jogs together to water sports like swimming or paddle boarding to playing around in the snow with a bunch of their furry friends.
Behati Prinslo and Adam Levine
New parents Behati Prinslo and Adam Levine make sure to push each other to work out and stay healthy. During an interview with Us Weekly, Prinslo gushes that “He [Levine] loves working out and he just pushes me,” Prinsloo, 26, told Us at the Victoria’s Secret afterparty. “I had a trainer that lived with me in L.A., and Adam got really into it. We both were into it. I do a lot of cardio and weight training and Pilates and yoga.” Both of these stars are extremely dedicated to fitness and maintaining their toned figures, but they still goof off with planks on each other while making dinner in the kitchen.
Alessandra Ambrosio and Jamie Mazur
Victoria Secret Angel, Alessandra Ambrosio and her businessman hubby, Jamie Mazur have as solid as a relationship as their abs. Completely smitten, the two love to spend as much time together as their busy schedules allows. Being the supermodel she is, Ambrosio is definitely dedicated to her fitness regime and the supportive Mazur joins her on many of her fitness endeavors. Whether they are getting stretched out and limber in yoga or getting their heart’s pumping while the beats are bumping in an indoor cycling class, these two cuties keep their bodies beach ready all year round.

Former First Lady, Michelle Obama and former President, Barack Obama, work with a trainer together by lifting weights and boxing. They also used to get their heart racing with jumping ropes and outdoor jogs around the White House and Washington D.C. With Obama’s second term of Presidency over, we hope they get to spend more time as family hiking, enjoying the outdoors and staying healthy!
Prince William and Duchess Kate
Hey, royals have to work out their bodies just as hard as anyone to keep a physique as toned as theirs. Although, Princess Kate is extremely dedicated to her workout routines from doing a set of 10 planks every morning and yoga to her workout class of choice, CrossFit, she maintains a toned figure even after having two children. With her commitment to health and wellness, Prince William tries to keep up with her though taking walks and jogs with her, while also often going horseback riding.
Fergie and Josh Duhamel
Any couple that both look this good in tight polka dot body-con dresses must be super committed to working out, right? These two are big into their cardio and love to push each other on their morning runs. Duhamel tells People magazine, “We motivate each other. She pushes me, and I push her. It’s something that we’ve always done for each other, whether it’s working out or in our life together. We’re compatible in that way.” These two definitely are up in the gym, working on their fitness with each other being one another’s witness.
