Take a Class This Weekend to Support the ACLU

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has been working for almost 100 years to defend the individual rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States. More than ever, it’s time for your voice to be heard and to stand for what you believe. In addition to donating, you can also use your daily workout habit to sweat for a cause.

Here are some classes that are giving back to the ACLU:

Sweat Yoga (Tribeca, New York City)

On Friday, February 3 at 7:15 p.m. join Sweat’s Loft Yoga Party class for celebratory music, drinks, snacks and the chance to contribute to the resistance. Sweat Yoga will match your $10 donation to the ACLU for this special class.

Sweat Yoga (Santa Monica, Los Angeles)

Over on the West Coast, Sweat Yoga’s other location will be hosting another Yoga Party class on Friday, February 3 at 7 p.m. for a $10 donation. Get ready to sweat for a great cause!

“We can sit and do nothing or get involved. We choose the latter. Sweat together, stand together.” – Sweat Yoga

Biker Barre (Washington, D.C.)

This Capitol Hill studio has a cycling class Saturday February 4 at 10:30 a.m. to benefit ACLU. The class is currently sold out, but keep them on your radar for future events!
