The World’s Oldest Yogi Does This Before 10 a.m.

In an attempt to always perfect our mornings, starting our day in the best way possible, we love hearing everyone’s “morning routine secret” – and this one’s a doozy! Tao Porchon-Lynch, the world’s oldest Yogi (yup, and she even teaches 8 classes a week!) is spilling the beans on what she does every morning for a guaranteed great day.

At 98-years-old, Porchon-Lynch definitely has some wisdom to share. She’s the new face of Athleta’s Power of She campaign, a super-positive thinker and still teaching almost daily yoga classes in New York City. We hope that we have the energy to be like her later on in life!

She shared with Well and Good her secret to starting each day: “Every morning I tell myself, ‘Today’s going to be the best day of your life.’” Talk about starting the day in the right mindset.

Mind blown.

We think it’s time to shift the way we think at the start of each new day, just imagine all the possibilities.
