Instructor at Consuming Kinetics Dance Company
She is a lifelong dancer.
“Arica makes sure every class is fun, while still challenging each dancer. She is able to teach everyone from the very beginning dancer to a professional. Her classes are easy to follow, she’s great at answering questions, and she encourages everyone to try, not always easy with adults in dance class. With her support, I’m the healthiest I’ve been in years, and now I anticipate new challenges.” -Emily H.
She makes working out so fun, you forget about it.
“Arica makes working out so fun, you don’t even realize you’re burning 1,000-plus calories! Yes, no joke, her classes are intense cardio workouts.” -Sophia H.
“Arica is the most motivating Zumba instructor I’ve ever had. Her class is welcoming to all ages and fitness levels, and we have a great time in class!” -Cheryl H.
Instructor at BURN 1000
He has so much energy.
“Chris is awesome! He consistently has a high level of energy and always pushes me to the limit. Burn 1000 is the toughest workout class I have been to, and Chris helps the hour-long workout fly by! He is hands-down the best instructor I have ever worked with!” -Jill G.
He makes a morning class bearable.
“Chris is always so motivating and energizing no matter how early in the morning it is. He makes a 6 a.m. class less daunting and actually really enjoyable. I was once a D1 soccer player in college, so I always work best when I have a coach or trainer pushing me and telling me how to maximize my workouts. Chris does that for me each and every class. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and is very passionate about it, which in my opinion is pretty infectious throughout the class. Everyone is positive and just hard working, and he does an amazing job at keeping spirits high even when your exhausted. He should 100 percent get the Most Motivating Instructor.” -Amanda C.
His class is so hard, but great.
“Chris’ class is one of the hardest I’ve ever been to, but I always look forward to it because he is so motivating and makes the class fun. He is always coming up with new stuff, so I’ve never once been bored. He’s a great motivator and instructor and pushes every single person to be their best!” -Melissa S.
