Instructor at The Bar Method – Winter Park
She makes a hard class really fun.
“Sarah is so much fun that you don’t (immediately) realize how hard her classes are. Her classes are so entertaining, and her upbeat, encouraging attitude is incredible. She’ll kick your butt with a smile on her face the whole time. She’s helped me to adapt several exercises based on my physical limitations, so I can continue to get stronger and build stamina. Even though my schedule makes it difficult to make it to her class times, I rearrange things when possible to make it. -Ana G.
She knows form is key.
“She keeps an eye on everyone to make sure their form is good so they can optimize their results. She is motivational, fun and caring!” -Sheri C.
Instructor at The Spa at Hyatt Regency
He has an awesome attitude.
“Russ at the Hyatt Regency Orlando always has a major smile on his face, and is the only instructor I’ve found thus far that makes 6 a.m. classes worth it! He motivates you, pushes you, and really tries to get to know you as a person. His classes are the only ones I have continued to pay extra for (once my ClassPass slots were up), just to keep taking his classes!” -Gillian D.
He puts you in a good mood.
“Russ is always smiling and energetic. Even at 6 a.m. on a Wednesday when I’m feeling exhausted and grumpy, he’s able to get my smiling while I sweat my booty off on the bike. His classes are challenging, but not discouraging. He is wonderful!” –Darcy
