Instructor at Inferno Hot Pilates
She makes you feel prepared and motivated.
“She is extremely consistent, always has her class planned and memorized, which makes for a great and smooth workout. I appreciate when she takes the time to explain why we are doing a certain exercise, how it can benefit the body and what muscles are working. She has a great soundtrack and such a fun attitude during class. She is a natural cheerleader and truly cares about her students and their fitness goals. And she always has inspiring words during the final cool down. Her class is always challenging, but I love it!” -Rebecca H.
Instructor at Sweat Squared
She pushes you to your limits.
“I have taken many different classes throughout the years, but Keena is unique because she tends to push you to your limits without you even noticing it. And she does it with such finesse and steady encouragement. She mentions each and every student’s name during class, and gently corrects a move, so you actually feel as though you’re having a private session despite the number of people in class. The workouts are the most challenging I’ve ever had, but after her class, I feel exhilarated and motivated to come for more. Heck, even my 52-year-old “no way, I’m never doing Pilates husband” has fallen in love and now joins me in class. Keena deserves all the accolades.” -Greg B.
She is so motivating.
“She is motivational, no matter how lazy you feel.” -Ilana L.
