Ingredients: Your fave bread to taste, 1 cup grape tomatoes, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup chopped fresh basil, 1 tbsp plus 1 tsp olive oil, 1 avocado, 4 whole eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

Why you need to try it: Just sweet enough to pair perfectly with the savory elements in the ricotta cheese, this recipe combo tastes as classy as it looks. Not only is it a satisfying breakfast toast, but it also makes a great appetizer addition to any summer soiree you may be hosting.
Ingredients: Your choice of bread, ½ cup ricotta cheese, 1 tsp lemon zest, 8 ripe strawberries, basil leaves, honey, salt and pepper to taste.
