Can’t keep up with the routine in your dance class? Don’t always turn that torque up quite as high as your instructor tells you to? Need to take a breather while holding that plank for a full minute? You might beat yourself up in class for not being perfect, but here’s your encouragement to knock that off, stat. One of the benefits of varying your workout means that you have the chance to discover new muscles, new moves and new music that’ll inspire and shape your mind and body. As you try new things, you won’t always be the best, the strongest or the fastest – but you will be challenging yourself. No one is perfect – not even those who rock the first row of class – but your dedication to staying healthy is real. And for that, you should be proud. (We sure are!)
