Hey SF: Sweat This Weekend for Charity!

The Sweat Challenge will push you out of your comfort zone, help you meet other fitness lovers like yourself and have fun, all while supporting Girls on the Run of the Bay Area. Ready to sign-up? We bet you are!

Here’s how:
-You can purchase a ticket here, and then select your own combination of back-to-back classes. From yoga to SurfSet, you’ll have the chance to try some amazing studios in the Marina and SOMA neighborhoods. Participating studios include Sweat Republic, Mercury Fitness Pilates Center, OnPointe Training, OMpower, Avant-Barre, SoulCycle and CorePower Yoga.

-But it’s not just exercise, you’ll also enjoy snacks and drinks donated from sponsors in between your classes to fuel for your next workout sesh.

-After you’ve finished and cooled down, you can celebrate your accomplishment (and act of kindess!) at an after-party at Athleta. There will be drinks, food, shopping, raffles prizes and more.

But best of all, all proceeds go directly to Girls on the Run of the Bay Area – a non-profit organization that teaches girls ages 8-13 to activate her limitless potential and boldly pursue her dreams through an active, fitness-centered mentoring program. This event was organized by Sweat Republic co-founder, Diana Navarro, who is passionate about this organization and encourages everyone to get involved! (Learn more about volunteer opportunities here.)

If you fall in love with these studios after this event, you can sign-up for more classes at Sweat Republic, Mercury Fitness Pilates Center, OnPointe Training, OMpower, Avant-Barre and CorePower Yoga.
