Happy New Year! Now that holiday festivities are over, you’re probably thinking about those New Year’s resolutions and making a plan for getting back into a routine with healthy eating and taking (lots and lots!) of classes. Keep Debra Strougo Forhlich‘s advice from EVF Performance & Row House in mind: you didn’t get out of your active lifestyle in just a few days, so it might take a few weeks to get back to where you are.
