Paid Acquisition Coordinator

About the role:

We are looking for a marketing coordinator to help build and manage our paid media campaigns and to support our domestic Growth Marketing team. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, thorough, creative and innovative. You will be both helping with the execution of tests as well as contributing test ideas of your own.

  • Possess a deep understanding of social advertising and best practices across Facebook Marketing
  • Highly analytical with strong reporting & communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter who can work independently but also builds strong relationships and trust working across team
  • Scrappy startup mentality. Takes action and proposes new ideas and solutions before asked
  • Independent with strong time management skills and ability to multitask and adapt in a lean environment

Responsibilities: 

  • Build campaigns directly in Ads Manager and other platforms such as Adwords, and review campaigns to ensure correct setup and trafficking 
  • Perform daily bid, budget and creative optimizations to meet growth targets
  • Continually test and learn across audiences, bidding strategies, creative and channel-specific tactics
  • Analyze campaign results, identifying actionable opportunities (targeting, optimization, creative direction, etc) to improve performance and scale
  • Present daily performance for upper and lower funnel metrics 
  • Monitor campaign budgets and report out performance to key stakeholders
  • Discover and test new channels and new vendor partners to grow the business
  • Project manage end to end with our in-house creative team to execute on tests
  • Accountable for all projects being on-time and within budget 
  • Understand cost implications monitoring CPAs & CAC to plan

Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Strong experience building ads directly in Ads Manager required, other platforms a plus
  • Understanding of attribution models, particularly through link decoration
  • Incredible attention to detail 
  • Lover of analytics and familiarity with excel (SQL knowledge a plus)
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once with ease
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
