Growth Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Use a data-driven approach to manage budgets, targets, forecasting, and performance across new and existing acquisition channels
  • Work independently to develop strategy, execute campaigns and improve channel performance
  • Manage a testing roadmap across audiences, creative, placement and landing pages to optimize spend efficiency
  • Create dashboards to monitor and report on acquisition performance on a daily and weekly basis
  • Track down funnel / LTV metrics to assess quality of acquired members by channel and campaign

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience in marketing, consulting, finance, or other analytical fields
  • Thorough understanding of performance marketing metrics, and experience with digital marketing channels
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of forming and executing on high level business strategy
  • Experience with Excel, SQL and other analytics tools
  • Strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate performance, learnings, and ideas within the organization
  • Strong organization skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively across a cross-functional team
  • Proactive, curious and comfortable in fast-paced environment with multiple projects and priorities
