Natalie alone was worth the whole class… her voice queues and upbeat yelps and battle cries were so much fun and inspiring to keep going. Loved her focus on form and alignment and encouragement to each person in class. Plus a phenomenal playlist. Huge props.

    YS HIIT Pilates

It kinda felt like a home workout like other reviews said but honestly pretty hard in a good way. I was skeptical at first but it ended up being a pretty challenging workout. It was a little hard to see the instructor which is my only complaint but she did a good job of explaining everything and encouraging us to keep going even during the shaky bits! I would come back probably

Conor’s cues were great and clear, although there are some pose names I wasn’t familiar with so I just had to look around the room to figure out what he meant. The class was the perfect stretch with just the right amount of challenging poses. The studio is absolutely beautiful.

Good class! The instructor explained the moves pretty clearly and had great energy. It was a good full body workout. I would suggest to offer light weights for more challenge during the arms session, and to run the fan because it got hot in the room!

So awesome. Instructor is really good at explaining different poses and takes her time to make sure it's an overall growing experience, that will help you feel that difference between before and after your practice. Plus the studio was artsy, and spacious. Loved the vibes here!!

    ALO POWER FLOW - ROOFTOP

Lovely class and instructor. I loved her reminders to smile - yoga on a beautiful roof surrounded by plants in the sun on a gorgeous morning, what’s not to be happy about? The description said to bring your own mat for rooftop classes but mats were provided. Also, when I booked a week ago, this was a mat Pilates class, but it changed in the day or two before, so would have preferred it as a Pilates class (or a notification of the format change), but still enjoyed.

    STRENGTH

This was a really great and intense class. It was super hot so come prepared with a towel and water. It would be nice if the heat was turned off during the cool down portion of the class, but overall, it was a great and sweaty workout.
