She has a lot of positive energy, she’s very attentive to everyone, and is very professional! You truly feel after her class that you’ve worked on every part of your body. You could never do the same workout at home! Also the team at this studio, is the nicest! They always remember your name, are very attentive to you, thank you for this! I see some reviews on here saying they didn’t like her vibe, but Pilates is about proper form - if you don’t like someone correcting your form , Pilates is probably not for you. I really appreciated her adjustments - that’s the expertise I’m paying for! Definitely recommend for a good burn 🔥
