Love Erica, by far my fav BM instructor. Super fun class, she turned it up to 10 this week and it was excellent!

Every week I look forward to this class! She is the best teacher I’ve ever had in Bar classes. She has a lot of positive energy, she’s very attentive to everyone, and is very professional! You truly feel after her class that you’ve worked on every part of your body. You could never do the same workout at home! Also the team at this studio, is the nicest! They always remember your name, are very attentive to you, thank you for this! Makes every Monday better :)) 10000% recommend

Good class! The instructor explained the moves pretty clearly and had great energy. It was a good full body workout. I would suggest to offer light weights for more challenge during the arms session, and to run the fan because it got hot in the room!

    Spring and Suspend: Pilates Strength

Loved the class!! Kicked my booty. Kristen was amazing and really cares about form. I see some reviews on here saying they didn’t like her vibe, but Pilates is about proper form - if you don’t like someone correcting your form , Pilates is probably not for you. I really appreciated her adjustments - that’s the expertise I’m paying for! Definitely recommend for a good burn 🔥

Emily is a phenomenal instructor, very attuned to alignment and she gave spot on verbal adjustments throughout. The pace of the class was perfect and hit all the major areas for a full and balanced Pilates workout. Makes sense as she’s a former ballet dancer and grew up with Pilates. Great playlist and lovely vibe, in general. Hugely recommended. A1
