Although instructors value doing your own thing, it can be frustrating to get creative to substitute inaccesible moves like pistol squats or boat pose with a toe hold. I consider myself fit, but the instructor cued mountain climbers so early into class that I aggravated an injury since I wasn’t warmed up. I would recommend this place if you are injury free and have great awareness of your body’s needs!

Was a little bit nervous because I have been boxing/kickboxing virtually since Covid and wasn’t sure how I would feel in a group setting. The staff was super welcoming and the class and students created a judgment free environment. The music was great and I was able to catch on quickly! Overall a great workout! I look forward to many more classes :)
