She was able to deconstruct her classes in such a way that I could follow along and where I felt the benefits of the stretch. The class pushed me without the intensity and without stacking on so many moves. I finished The Great Saunter yesterday, so my legs were shredded. I felt the moves helped me recover and reset for a slow Sunday.

This is not your typical Hot Yoga Sculpt which tends to incorporate Yoga flow, it’s truly HIIT as described. With that being said, I felt I’d rather be able to do these motions with heavy weights which is unrealistic in the heat. It’s a cool concept and the best energy studio though!!

There is zero airflow in the smaller barre room so you really do start feeling faint halfway through class. I’d also recommend the instructor be more consistent with her counting for reps. There were a few times she’d count fast and then half way through randomly slow down so we’re holding the rep for even longer.
