Very approachable and didn’t make boxing daunting. The cherry on the top was the really friendly Front of House members of staff who accommodated my husband when he was a few mins late. Such a nice welcoming vibes here, unlike some similar studios in the area. And the facilities are top class! I will definitely be back!

Things to keep in mind: 1) no lockers; 2) you have to go get the ring and the elastic at the end of the room before class; 3) staff are nice-ish (the support instructor was so lovely, Nicole a bit less so) but they won’t go out of their way to show you around and explain to you how the place works.

It also made Lara’s expertise really shine - hence, I am sure that it would have been a good lessons even if the class was full. She was clear, encouraging and helpful. Je vais sûrement revenir pour d’autres cours. De plus, Stefy était très bienveillante et à l’écoute de tout le monde. Elle prend le temps de voir nos mouvements et les ajuster si besoin. I did a version of some exercises without them not to waste more time figuring them out. The class was very dynamic and quite intense, but relatively fun and the time passes quickly.

I generally do a lot of different training.. all I can say Shannon’s classes are amazing and I left the practice feeling great both physically and mentally. Shannon has great energy and personality, he is a great Pilates teacher, he explains the exercises very well and he modifies them accordingly to any injury you may have or to the fitness level you may be able to endure. I highly recommend his classes and I am definitely going to sign up for more!

Niveau motivation sa boost beaucoup donc je conseille de bien s’étirer avant et après, parce-qu’on enchaîne les exercices sans s’en rendre compte. Niveau exercices c’est complet tout le corps est travaillé (surtout les bras et les abdos), à la fin le prof donne des petits conseils à chacun donc c’est vraiment complet.
