I needed a slower paced class and this delivered the healing that I was looking for. The lights were off for our Savasanah and it was lovely being with others in the darkness in our most relaxed state at the end of a class like that. Thank you! 🙏🙏

He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. It was led by Hanna and she made me feel so comfortable and was an incredible instructor. All of the movements were easy to follow along and Hanna assisted when needed. This was such a great class, he began with the philosophy of permissive flow and made it very clear that he is a there to provide instruction but we should let our bodies guide our movement. This went at a very good pace and everyone was WORKED regardless of experience or fitness. He frequently checked in with the group and all around brought amazing energy.
