Love his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

DJ absolutely crushed it. This was such a great class, he began with the philosophy of permissive flow and made it very clear that he is a there to provide instruction but we should let our bodies guide our movement. This went at a very good pace and everyone was WORKED regardless of experience or fitness. He frequently checked in with the group and all around brought amazing energy. And then individually acknowledged everyone at the end of the class. The whole experience was wonderful and empowering, 12/10 would recommend.

    Reformer Group Class (Essential)

A lovely space designed for small group or private sessions. The instructor takes her time to go over posture and supports you every step of the way. She also I cooperates equipment in a meaningful way. Highly recommend.

    Reformer Essentials

Abhi is a fantastic instructor providing clear instructions, cues, demonstrations and counts. I like how she differentiated the class for all levels to challenge ourselves. She walked around and provided hands on adjustments and tips for form. Loved it!
