see all reviewsWow- I just did (survived) the Brazilian Glutes class. It was hard but the instructor and the regulars were very encouraging so it made it a bit int bit less painful. This was a great class for focussing on legs and glutes - I think stairs might be an issue for me for a couple of days 🙄
