The meditation and intention-setting journaling is a great way to end the class with a clear mind and powerful intentions for your day ahead. I felt rejuvenated after this class and even got to make some friends and have uplifting interactions with other classmates thanks to the community aspect of this class

see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! It was my first ever Barre class. The instructor, Sue, was great at walking me through everything before class started and getting me set up. She also helped me a few times throughout class when she noticed I was a little lost. The other attendees were very friendly and motivating as well. I’ll definitely be back!
