When I arrived, the instructor Alexis gave me a bit of a rundown of how the class works and made the environment very inviting for me, which I really appreciated since I was so nervous about it. The class itself moved quickly with no breaks but I took water breaks in between exercises. It also really worked me out and overall I’m happy and will be back! :) 10/10 recommend!

see all reviewsThis class was great! Tami was super sweet and fun. This was my first barre class and Tami and the other people in the class were super welcoming. This class was challenging but not too crazy and had lots of ways to modify the moves if needed — add bands/weight/balls and variations to make the moves harder or easier. Tami would demonstrate the move and talk it through and then walk around to give corrections.
