see all reviewsI thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.

I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.
