    I really loved Jaime’s class! The themed classes are always my favorite when it comes to cycle and she crushed this one. Between the throwback songs I forgot I loved and the variety of the workouts themselves, the time flew by! The staff was super friendly and welcoming to newcomers and the space was really nice.     This has been my favorite class so far!!!! The second I saw Scissor Sisters I KNEWWW I had to sign up. It was the most motivating and fun class I’ve been to.     Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    Alex leads a great class with an indie soft pop playlist which I love. He encourages us to make our own choices and go at our pace. I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.
