see all reviewsI cannot express how amazing Alicia is as a cycling class instructor. Her energy and enthusiasm are infectious, and she always pushes me to give my absolute best during every class. I usually attend her Classic class, which has the perfect balance of choreography and intensity that keeps me engaged and motivated throughout the entire session. Alicia truly is the best at what she does. Her Classic class aka “Party People!” class is a high-energy, fun-filled ride that leaves me feeling completely invigorated and happy. If you want to feel like you're at a party while getting an incredible workout, this is the class for you. On the other hand, her Empower class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves and push their limits to the next level. I highly recommend Alicia's classes to anyone looking to take their cycling workouts to the next level. She is exceptional in every way, and her passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals is truly second to none. Thank you, Alicia, for always inspiring and motivating me to be my best self. 🙏🏼

see all reviewsWonderful instruction and fun idea. I cycle a lot, and it’s a lot of fun how different instructors entertain and challenge during a class. I will say unfortunately the music/music videos were not at all my taste (alt-rock, pop-punk, and EDM predominantly) but it wasn’t lost on me that the instructor did try to mix genres, and I can’t fault her at all for my personal taste. Please do themed rides, this is such a fun idea!

see all reviewsWhy do so many spin studios default to songs with high-high RPMs + low resistance? Maybe everybody likes that except me? Lol. If you've ever been to a metrics-driven class like Cyclebar or Flywheel (RIP), you'll see how lower RPMs and adding resistance is a better workout - higher power is generated (more calories burned, etc). Plus it's way better for the joints! I love an occasional sprint, but the majority of the songs in this class felt around 100-120RPMs which is mega fast and means most people will have little resistance on the bike, and are basically flailing their legs around. Let's spend more time around 70-90 please, for a better more sustainable workout!! Ok rant over - this is a good studio if you like that kind of class! :)

I was emailed key access and asked to download the Kisi app, but did not need it at this location (as of 2/22/24 anyway). Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. Locker room and class space are both upstairs. Enjoyed the upbeat Barre class.
