The only downside is the room got pretty hot at like 40mins mark so I almost felt dizzy and wanted to leave but thank god the instructor opened the door a little and I was fine after!! Would have given this class 10/10 if the class was 45mins long.

I will say unfortunately the music/music videos were not at all my taste (alt-rock, pop-punk, and EDM predominantly) but it wasn’t lost on me that the instructor did try to mix genres, and I can’t fault her at all for my personal taste. Please do themed rides, this is such a fun idea!

The 30 seconds felt like three seconds but overall it was a great experience. I felt like I worked out all of my muscles groups while strengthening my stamina.
