    Incredible class - probably the most challenging class I’ve had at KLPM, Alexa was so good! She provided modifications to up or down level, too, so I think it’s good for all levels, including advanced students who really want a burn.

    Really great instructor — she has such a welcoming and warm presence! Focuses on form, really notices and checks in with how everyone is doing, esp if you’re new to the studio! Classes are challenging in a good way! Have been going to this studio for awhile (love also Jisun and Gabriela’s classes), and am excited to be a regular at Morgan’s classes too now!

    Such a sweet teacher. I really enjoyed this class a lot. The time flew by. We went late so my only note would be for the teacher to alert the class that we’re going over time and invite anyone who needs to go to go, but aside from that it was a good workout and I’ll definitely be back.

    I wouldn’t call myself the biggest fan of cardio, but this class was actually fun the whole 45 min. Every station goes by quickly enough that you don’t burn out and it leaves you wanting more. It’s a great sweat and strength class inside a great studio.
