Lots of choreography I had never seen before for my first time with David, and I have done 150+ rides. Wish there was a bit more peaks and valleys for the BPM but the instructor was passionate and it was great!

see all reviewsOne of the more approachable classes I’ve taken recently at soulcycle! Given lots of options and much more accessible choreo than some of the other instructors. Still a challenge but not because it was too hard to follow along. Recommend for all levels but a great pick if you’re new to spin and don’t want to feel so out of place.
