Dayani was such a warm, welcoming and knowledgeable instructor. She greeted us at the door, explained the details of kundalini well, and created an awesome sequence. Loved her playlist too! Afterwards, she offered tea for anyone interested and we had a lovely time chatting and getting to know others. I am definitely coming again to her class! 100% would recommend.

    Vinyasa Flow - In-Studio

Incredible find while visiting SF. Nicole asked what the class needed/wanted to incorporate and infused it all into a beautifully improvised well balanced flow with a bit of yogic philosophy to encourage the journey inward. Strengthened, stretched, rejuvenated, heart opened. Thanks so much, Nicole! Definitely dropping in next time I’m in SF!

Slow Flow & Sound Bath | All Levels | Heated

Juicy slow flow and the instructor was very articulate, offering many explorations and meditation throughout a well paced flow. I noticed the exact same cues were repeated almost verbatim on both left and right sides so that was actually a bit distracting for the intuitive relaxing part of practice, but other than that, the sound bath at the end was excellent complete with a closing kirtan chant. Would recommend!

Abigail is the sweetest teacher and her classes are very grounding! Her voice and demeanor is very relaxing while her transitions and poses are spot on. She seems very observant with everyone in the room and seems to gear the poses based on what she sees in the class vs a super rigid flow. I love flowing, being playful, stretching and clearing my mind with Abigail!!

    Anti Gravity Yoga

Challenging class but so amazing! Armando is a great instructor and since it's an intimate class, he gave personal adjustments to each student and ensured all of our safety. I wouldn't say it's the best for those starting out in their fitness journey, but if you have done any yoga classes then you should try it. Requires a lot of core strength and you'll be hanging sideways and upside down a good bit of the time so don't eat a heavy meal right before. Such a great way to challenge the body and mind through balance, alignment, and focus. I feel incredible, highly recommend! Note: I'm not a 'yoga' person, haven't taken a yoga class in years, but I workout a lot in general and I was able to learn the moves and do the inversions.

Story kindly and gently corrected individual’s form when necessary which I think is awesome and so helpful (I’ve never seen a Core Power instructor do this before - and I’m always worried people will get hurt in class with incorrect form). Outdoor Power Yoga

Loved doing yoga outdoors! Beautiful location, but the directions of where exactly the class was held were vague. Another attendee had to wander until she found the right group. I wish I had been before class to told to wear sunglasses as the sun was in my eyes the whole time. The headphones worked great except they got in the way for some poses. A sports team ended up playing worryingly close to us. The teacher was kind, went at a good pace, and I enjoyed most of the poses, but some of the direction was confusing and the teacher moved around so it was sometimes hard to look for her to see a demonstration of the pose.
