Highly, highly recommend trying it at least once. Especially if you have some pent-up anger or frustration you need to get out, this is a great class for hitting things and releasing some energy with controlled violence lol

Although most of the class was much more advanced everyone was helpful and they continued with there level work as I practiced on my moves. I will definitely be back for more.
